- Ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers during flights
- Conduct pre-flight safety checks and briefings for passengers
- Serve food and beverages to passengers in a professional manner
- Assist passengers with special needs and handle emergencies as they arise
- Promote and sell in-flight products and services to passengers
- Provide exceptional customer service and address passenger inquiries or concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cabin throughout the flight
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Fluent in English and at least one additional language is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must have a valid passport and be willing to travel internationally
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
