We are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Community Marketing Manager to spearhead our outreach efforts in the U.S. market. This role is essential for increasing brand visibility, fostering community connections, and enhancing customer engagement through strategic marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will excel at creating meaningful interactions and delivering campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.

Location : Los Angeles, CA, USA OR Brooklyn, NY, USA (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities :

Community Platform Management :

  • Manage community platforms such as Discord, Reddit, Facebook Groups, and Instagram Groups.
  • Drive growth, boost user engagement, and ensure consistent brand messaging across channels.

Community Content Planning & Engagement :

  • Develop and execute engaging community activities, discussion topics, and interactive content aligned with sneaker and fashion culture.
  • Foster user participation to strengthen brand loyalty and recognition.
  • Community Marketing Strategy :

  • Design tailored marketing strategies for each platform, leveraging their unique features and audience behaviors.
  • Enhance brand exposure, influence, and conversions through targeted community initiatives.
  • Growth & Conversion :

  • Execute campaigns, events, and reward programs to expand the community, improve retention, and meet conversion targets.
  • KOL & Influencer Partnerships :

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and influencers in the sneaker, fashion, and streetwear sectors.
  • Utilize their influence to build brand trust and increase visibility.
  • Cross-team Collaboration :

  • Collaborate with brand, marketing, and design teams to ensure community activities align with overall strategies.
  • Coordinate efforts to deliver a seamless user experience.
  • Data Analysis & Optimization :

  • Monitor and analyze community metrics to track engagement, growth, and conversion rates.
  • Continuously refine strategies based on data insights to optimize performance and outcomes.
  • Qualifications and Skills :

  • At least 3 years in community management or marketing, with proven success in the U.S. market.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive user growth, engagement, and conversions with tangible results.
  • Deep understanding of sneaker culture and streetwear fashion communities.
  • Proficient in managing platforms like Discord, Reddit, Facebook Groups, and Instagram Groups, with expertise in platform-specific engagement tactics.
  • Strong skills in content planning and creating platform-relevant materials.
  • Adept at analyzing data to inform and improve strategies.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work cross-functionally.
  • Fluency in English is required; bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese is a plus.
