We’re looking to add a Strategy Manager to our Account Services – Strategy team. The Strategy Manager will play a key role in the development and execution of strategic initiatives designed to drive client success and business growth. As an integral part of the strategy team, this role will conduct market research, analyze competitive landscapes and provide insights to inform client strategies. The Strategy Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create strategic recommendations, presentations and content while also supporting business development efforts by identifying opportunities for account growth. This position demands strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to strategy development.
What You’ll Do
The Strategy Manager will be Accountable to the EVP Strategy, VP Strategy Leads and the Account Team. In addition, this role will :
- Assist in the identification and development of new business opportunities to drive organic account growth
- Support pitch development by helping to articulate strategic value propositions
- Contribute to the creation of client proposals and RFP (request For Proposal) responses, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Track and report on the performance metrics of client initiatives to optimize investment outcomes
- Conduct market research to assess industry trends, competitor activities and client needs using the insights to help shape strategies and deliverables
- Support the creation and execution of strategic plans for key client accounts, ensuring they align with both client business objectives and market dynamics
- Develop strategic content for client meetings, workshops, advisory boards and brand planning sessions
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Creative, Development Operations, Account Services) to integrate insights and ensure the strategic vision is reflected in client deliverables
- Assist in the identification of key opinion leaders (KOLs) and stakeholders to influence client strategies and advisory board discussions
- Support the ongoing optimization of internal processes and team efficiency by assisting with tracking metrics and improving operational workflows
