In this hands-on leadership role, you will mentor and empower cross-functional delivery teams—such as Project Managers, Agile/Scrum Coaches, and Systems Engineers—to ensure alignment with business and customer priorities. You will drive collaboration across engineering and product teams, guiding delivery outcomes from concept to release while fostering an environment of continuous improvement. Your ability to coordinate complex initiatives and provide strategic direction will be essential to delivering impactful solutions that meet customer needs.
