Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept
As an Operations Manager, your work will be critical to helping the company meet its strategic objectives, working on projects and creating repeatable and scalable processes across operations, including business development, legal and compliance, marketing, human resources, facilities management, finance and accounting, information technology, and security.
What will you do?
- Lead process improvement projects and initiatives across all areas of corporate operations.
- Provide general assistance to support ongoing corporate operations activities
- Support vendor and contract management and oversight efforts to ensure company operational and compliance needs are met.
- Manage projects and activities with a regular cadence and within established timelines by utilizing agile frameworks and performance indicators.
- Identify and address gaps in processes, systems and workflows to create more effective, efficient and consistent corporate operations with a focus on continual improvement.
- Review, refine, and implement policies and standard operating procedures to support risk management, compliance, customer needs, corporate strategy, and the workforce.
- Limited travel based on company needs
- Work in-office, with a hybrid schedule available based on company/customer needs (currently 2 days/week remote)
Requirements
Capabilities that will enable your success
- Bachler degree in Business Administration, related field or equivalent work experience
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strategic and critical thinking skills
- Good decision-making and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong software application experience including but not limited to Adobe, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Jira/Confluence
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Clearance Requirements
- Applicants must be a U.S. Citizen
- Applicants must be willing and eligible to obtain a Secret Security Clearance
