Company Overview: TheKey Concierge Nursing is an established premier nursing referral service branch that offers placement assistance for private duty nurses and therapists with distinguished VIP clientele in their own homes.
Pay Information: Competitive pay rates per LPN, paid weekly, vary by client and are negotiated prior to starting case.
Job Description: As a 1099 independent contractor, you determine your schedule and which clients/cases you'll accept. Deliver exceptional care to dedicated clients, providing skilled nursing services as prescribed by the client and their doctor, within your scope of practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional care to dedicated clients (ADLs, vital monitoring, wound care, transportation to appointments, etc.)
- Provide skilled nursing services as prescribed by the client and their doctor, within your scope of practice
- Meet all documentation requirements according to referral agency policy and procedure
- Prompt and effective communication with appropriate parties (doctor, family, office, etc.) when necessary
- Coordinate and obtain supplies necessary for client (ie DME, wound care supplies, medications, etc.)
Essential Qualifications:
- Licenced Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Washington required
- 2 years of nursing experience strongly preferred (wound care experience a plus)
- CPR/BLS Certification
- Must be able to work independently with little to no supervision or training
- Must be reliable, dependable, and on time
- Basic computer skills as well as overall technical savviness
- Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
