About Us
We are Concierge Nursing Referral Services, a premier nursing referral service branch of TheKey. Our team offers placement assistance for private duty nurses and therapists with distinguished clientele in their own homes.
We partner with experienced clinicians to provide one-on-one clinical services, assisting clients with hourly shifts and/or visits on a per-diem or long-term basis.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional care to dedicated clients (ADLs, vital monitoring, wound care, transportation)
- Provide skilled nursing services as prescribed by the client and their doctor
- Meet all documentation requirements
- Prompt and effective communication with relevant parties
- Coordinate supplies necessary for clients
- Assist clients and families with training as needed
Requirements:
- Licenced Practical Nurse (LPN) in Washington state required
- 2 years of nursing experience preferred (wound care experience a plus)
- CPR/BLS Certification
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable, dependable, and on-time
- Basic computer skills and technical savviness
- Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
