Overview: TheKey Concierge Nursing offers private duty nurse placement assistance with distinguished VIP clientele in their own homes. Our partnership with experienced clinicians provides one-on-one clinical services, assisting clients with hourly shifts and/or visits on a per-diem or long-term basis.
Compensation: Pay rates vary by client and are negotiated prior to starting case.
About the Position: As a 1099 independent contractor, you determine your schedule and which clients/cases you'll accept. Deliver exceptional care to dedicated clients, providing skilled nursing services as prescribed by the client and their doctor, within your scope of practice.
Duties:
- Deliver exceptional care to dedicated clients (ADLs, vital monitoring, wound care, transportation to appointments, etc.)
- Provide skilled nursing services as prescribed by the client and their doctor, within your scope of practice
- Meet all documentation requirements according to referral agency policy and procedure
- Prompt and effective communication with appropriate parties (doctor, family, office, etc.) when necessary
- Coordinate and obtain supplies necessary for client (ie DME, wound care supplies, medications, etc.)
Requirements:
- Licenced Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Washington required
- 2 years of nursing experience strongly preferred (wound care experience a plus)
- CPR/BLS Certification
- Must be able to work independently with little to no supervision or training
- Must be reliable, dependable, and on time
- Basic computer skills as well as overall technical savviness
- Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
