Nurses Needed For Supplemental Needs - New Grads Welcome
Attention New Grad Nurses!
Now staffing for the following cities: San Diego, Rancho Santa Fe, Del Mar, La Jolla, and neighboring cities.
Pay: Rates $30-$45 per hour (varies by experience)
We are actively seeking to partner with recent graduates of accredited nursing programs to provide senior living communities with supplemental staffing support (floor work). This is a 1099 per diem opportunity that will offer you the freedom to set your own schedule and gain valuable experience!

Concierge Nursing Referral Services is an established, premier nursing referral service branch of TheKey that offers placement assistance for medical assistants (MA), nurses (RN and LVN) and therapists (PT, PTA, OT, etc.) with distinguished VIP clientele in their own home, leading hospitals, and top-tier facilities.
Responsibilities
What We Offer:
- Competitive rates paid weekly.
- Flexibility. As a 1099 independent contractor, you determine your schedule and which clients/cases you'll accept. Potential full-time or part-time hours. Shifts are typically between 8-12 hours.

Qualifications
Required Skills, Education and Certifications:
- Accredited Nurse License (RN/LVN) in the state of California required
- CPR/BLS Certification
- Must be able to work independently with little to no supervision or training
- Must be reliable, dependable, and on time
- Basic computer skills, as well as overall technical savviness
- Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
