Qualification :
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the home care or healthcare industry.
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a focus on field-based coaching and development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insights into actionable sales strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
1. Strategic Leadership and Partnership :
Foster collaborative partnerships with operations and the sales team to devise and implement strategic growth initiatives within the area, ensuring the attainment of business objectives.Lead and guide the area sales team in promoting TheKey's services, with a focus on meeting and exceeding revenue targets.Dedicated time in the field with the HCL team, emphasizing on-the-job coaching, mentoring, and professional development of the sales team.Accompany HCLs on sales calls, providing real-time feedback and support to drive performance and improve client engagement.2. Field Presence and Community Engagement :
Participate in community events and networking opportunities to promote TheKey's brand and services.Building and maintaining relationships with key accounts to create brand awareness and generate new clients with a focus on your own book of business and in helping your sales team members cultivate their referral relationships.3. Performance Management :
Conduct regular assessments of team members' performance, ensuring accountability in surpassing growth Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and achieving set goals.Recognize and nurture high-potential individuals within the team, providing comprehensive support in areas such as onboarding, ongoing training, performance enhancement, and career progression.Implement performance improvement plans when necessary, fostering a culture of continuous development and excellence.4. Market Positioning :
Guide the sales team to effectively target and engage with the ideal client profile, aligning with company goals.Work in tandem with the operations team to sustain and enhance our market standing as a leading, premium service provider. Technology and Tools :
