Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers to join our team. As a Home Health Aid, you will play a vital role in helping our clients maintain their independence and quality of life. Responsibilities include:
- Executing comprehensive personalized weekly schedules and care plans
- Completing Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) in a safe and professional manner
- Providing personal companionship and ongoing social & emotional support
- Assisting with personal care activities, including personal hygiene, mobility assistance, and light housekeeping
- Transporting clients to and from appointments as needed
- Documenting completion of tasks and reporting changes in client condition
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 1 year of professional caregiver experience
- A valid and active NJ Certified Home Health Aid (CHHA) certificate
- A valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, registration, and reliable vehicle
- Open availability and flexibility
- TB Screening/PPD Chest X-Ray and Basic Computer Skills
