Thelen Auto Group is hiring an Office Manager with dealership office experience to join our team in a full-time, Monday–Friday position. We're looking for someone dependable and detail-oriented who is ready to hit the ground running. Previous experience in a dealership office is a must. Knowledge of DealerTrack is a plus.
Dealership Office Manager – Key Responsibilities
- Process and post deals accurately in the DMS (e.g., DealerTrack)
- Handle DMV paperwork, titles, trade payoffs, and floorplan reconciliations
- Manage general ledger entries and cleaning schedules
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with audits
- Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain accurate records
- Communicate with all departments and support office staff as needed
