About the Position
The Wholesale Area Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the wholesale sales production team, managing relationships with wholesale brokers, and developing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Mortgage industry experience required, knowledge of Non-QM, DSCR, and QM loans essential.
