Position Overview:
Thema USA is growing, and we're seeking an enthusiastic individual who enjoys a fast-paced environment, excels in client communication via phone and email, and has a genuine passion for sales and service. In this role, you'll handle daily customer service tasks while nurturing and expanding our existing house accounts through thoughtful follow-ups and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide friendly customer service support by answering phone calls, responding to emails, and processing client requests.
Be the go-to person for assigned house accounts, offering ongoing support, training opportunities, and brand updates.
Share Thema's inspiring brand story, product lines, and services with clients.
Conduct regular, personalized follow-ups to encourage inventory refreshes and provide helpful sales analysis.
Work closely with our sales team to identify opportunities and ensure client satisfaction.
Keep accurate records of client interactions and activities in our CRM system.
Qualifications:
2 years of experience in customer service and/or sales support.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus).
Strong interpersonal skills and a natural talent for building relationships.
Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with clients regularly.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficient with email, phone etiquette, and basic CRM tools.
Passion for fashion, eyewear, or luxury products is a plus!
