We are seeking a skilled Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, and support our Azure-based hosting services. The role focuses on ensuring system stability, performance, security, and health monitoring while leading client migrations and onboarding projects.
Key Responsibilities :
Ensure system stability, performance, and security
Monitor system health and address issues
Lead client migrations and onboarding
Document troubleshooting steps and outcomes
Efficiently manage and resolve incidents
Identify and eliminate recurring issues
Contribute to process improvements and documentation efforts
Essential Functions :
Develop project materials and statements of work
Adapt to evolving Microsoft Cloud technologies
Collaborate on cloud infrastructure decisions and roll-outs
Integrate Azure with LAN / WAN technologies
Optimize Azure storage and evaluate future options
Maintain expertise in Azure solutions
Design and execute client onboarding and migration projects
Automate tasks and scale environments with scripting
Assist with regulatory audit remediation
Provide exceptional customer service and support
Educate clients on system operations and applications
Research and resolve incidents promptly
Troubleshoot and deliver innovative solutions
Customer-focused with strong IT process knowledge
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong analytical abilities and task prioritization
Effective written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and collaborative
Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
Technical Experience / Skills :
Proficiency in Microsoft Cloud Services (Azure IaaS / PaaS, Azure Active Directory, Azure Networking and Storage)
Experience with Azure auto-scaling and Microsoft 365 (Teams, EMS, Azure Entra ID)
Knowledge of PowerShell automation
Expertise in Microsoft Core technologies (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, major network protocols)
Understanding of Azure Security Solutions and DRaaS concepts
Networking knowledge and experience with Windows Server Operating Systems
Experience in migrating clients to the Microsoft Cloud
Travel : 10-30% travel as dictated by engagements
Education : BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline preferred, not required
