Client Relations Manager – Health & Wellness
Are you a customer-focused professional with a passion for relationship management, product support, and B2B sales? Join our team as a Client Relations Manager and play a key role in driving business growth while supporting global eCommerce operations. We are a leading wholesale distributor of personal care products, and we’re looking for an energetic, results-driven individual to strengthen client relationships and enhance our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize eCommerce operations to support business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and retention.
- Oversee wholesale sales initiatives, identifying opportunities to expand market reach.
- Act as a product expert, providing clients with valuable insights on our personal care products.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategic sales initiatives.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to drive improvements and innovation.
- Support and grow an existing client base – no cold calling required.
Preferred Experience & Industry Knowledge:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or account management is a plus.
- Industry experience (preferred but not required) in any of the following:
- Seeking experience in (1) one of the following areas: Skincare, Nutrition, Medical Spas, Holistic Medicine, Cosmetics, Personal Care, Health & Wellness, Pharmaceuticals, Dermatology, Nutraceuticals, Fitness, Medical Devices, Healthcare, Biotechnology, Medical Aesthetics, Health Supplements, Spa & Wellness, Life Sciences, Alternative Medicine.
- Experience in training or client education is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client needs.
- In-depth product knowledge and passion for the personal care industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and work both independently and in a team.
- Experience with CRM systems and eCommerce platforms is a plus.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to excellence.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to see color and detail as needed for product evaluation.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move objects of varying weights safely.
- Capable of bending, stooping, standing, and walking for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in different environmental conditions, including temperature variations and occasional noise.
Location: Will need to work in our NJ offices, with an option to work remotely as needed.
