About the Role:
We’re seeking skilled Maintenance Mechanics to keep our production lines running smoothly. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery and facility systems. If you're mechanically inclined, safety-conscious, and experienced with both mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, we’d love to connect.
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain, install, and repair industrial equipment, piping, and facility systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with motors, gearboxes, drives, pumps, and bearings
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance to reduce downtime
- Service hydraulic and pneumatic systems (including inspections and part replacement)
- Support general facility maintenance, including forklifts and utility equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Execute basic welding and fabrication tasks (a plus)
- Adhere to all safety protocols and standard operating procedures
- Take on additional tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years of experience in industrial maintenance or mechanical repair
- Solid mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Familiarity with AC/DC motors (single and 3-phase) and variable speed drives
- Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Basic welding and fabrication skills (preferred)
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics
