The Theme Park Corporation is looking for an experienced Theme Park Retail Manager to lead the Merchandise and Merchandise Ancillary Revenue teams.
This key position will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and executing creative operational initiatives, and partnering with cross-functional teams to leverage trends and product strategies across all stores.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Ten or more years of retail experience, with at least 5 years of leadership experience in retail and 5 or more years of senior management/leadership experience.
- Operations Background: Extensive operations background in tourism, theme park operations, and/or other related high-volume businesses.
- Business Acumen: Proven track record of exceptional project management and execution, with a high-level working knowledge of industry developments.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
