The Content Management Senior Technical Lead, specializing as a Filenet Architect/Lead, manages and optimizes enterprise content management systems. This role demands extensive IBM Filenet expertise, leadership, and project management skills to oversee successful implementation and maintenance.
Experience & Skill Requirements
- Expert knowledge of IBM Filenet components like Content Navigator, Case Manager, and Process Engine.
- Experience in designing and implementing Filenet-based systems and a strong ECM background.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Leadership skills to manage technical teams and large-scale projects.
- Effective communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications in IBM Filenet or ECM solutions are a plus.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and implement content management solutions with IBM Filenet, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Integrate Filenet with other enterprise systems to streamline workflows.
