Responsibilities
Fraud Operations Analyst - Junior
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Fraud Operation services with graduation preferably in Commerce / Finance
- Fraud processes Product Knowledge relating to Money Laundering, Crime and Terrorism
- Investigate fraud alerts sidelined for dispositioning
- Document and report the investigation findings and prepare case files for review
- Assist Fraud Operations Team Lead and QA with case investigations
- Provide the final disposition of the Alerts and close or escalate to a case.
