Rate : $50/hr on W2 or $60/hr on C2C
SailPoint Architect – 12 yrs on identity management and security, with a focus on SailPoint products
Lead the design and implementation of SailPoint IGA solutions, ensuring they align with organizational security policies and industry standards.
Develop architectural frameworks and reference architectures for identity management initiatives.
Oversee the installation, configuration, and integration of SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ with existing systems and applications.
Collaborate with development teams to customize identity solutions to meet business requirements.
Establish identity governance policies and procedures to manage user access and entitlements effectively.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) and internal audit requirements.
Design and implement identity lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, role management, and access request workflows.
Conduct regular audits of access controls and user permissions to mitigate risks.
Monitor system performance and user experience, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements.
Analyze metrics and reporting to provide insights into identity management processes.
Act as a subject matter expert on SailPoint and identity management best practices for internal stakeholders.
Provide mentorship and guidance to Operations team.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system architecture, processes, and procedures.
Conduct training sessions for IT staff and business users on SailPoint functionalities and identity management practices.
Experience:
12 years of experience in identity management and security, with a focus on SailPoint products.
Proven track record of architecting and implementing SailPoint solutions in complex environments.
Strong knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or IdentityNow, including configuration and customization.
Proficient in Java, BeanShell, and web services (REST/SOAP).
Experience with Oracle, MySQL, and Microsoft SQL Server databases.
Ability to integrate SailPoint with enterprise applications and systems (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP, HR systems, cloud applications).
Experience with other IAM technologies (Okta, IBM Security Identity Manager, Security Access Manager) and frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications
Industry certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or SailPoint certifications.
Experience with cloud identity solutions and integration with cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.).
