Job Description
Solution Design & Strategy:
Architect endtoend Kore.ai solutions (chatbots, virtual assistants) aligned with business goals.
Develop blueprints for multichannel deployment (web, mobile, social).
Implementation & Integration:
Lead development teams in building, testing, and deploying Kore.ai bots.
Integrate with APIs, cloud services (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform), CRM/ERP systems, and databases.
Optimization & Compliance:
Ensure performance, scalability, and security (GDPR, HIPAA compliance).
Implement analytics for monitoring and continuous improvement.
Leadership & Collaboration:
Mentor developers and collaborate with UX designers, PMs, and stakeholders.
Provide presales support, including demos and solution proposals.
Innovation & Documentation:
Stay updated on Kore.ai features and AI/ML trends.
Maintain technical documentation and best practices.
Technical Expertise:
Proficiency in Kore.ai platform (NLP, bot development, IVR).
Programming: JavaScript, Python; APIs (REST, Webhooks).
Cloud platforms, DevOps/CICD pipelines, SQL/NoSQL databases.
Experience:
5 years in software architecture, 2 years with Kore.ai or similar AI platforms.
Conversational AI projects and Agile methodologies.
Education & Certifications:
Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field (Master's preferred).
Kore.ai certification; cloud certifications (AWS/Azure) a plus.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication, problemsolving, and project management.
Preferred Qualifications
Industry experience in healthcare, finance, or retail.
Advanced Kore.ai certifications; familiarity with Dialogflow, Rasa.
Opensource contributions or AI research publications.
