Job Description

Lead the evaluation of external partners for specialized learning technology services.

Manage relationships with external vendors and third-party service providers, ensuring that any outsourced technology solutions meet quality and performance standards.

Document architecture decisions and processes in a easy to understand manner.

Ensure that learning solutions comply with Citizens Cyber policies, standards and patterns.

Lead the integration of various learning technologies, ensuring seamless interoperability between systems.

Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for learning systems and platforms.

Architect end-to-end learning solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and learner needs.

Experience in Integration of various learning technologies.
