• Location: Hartford CT (Hybrid)
Note : Product Owner who can also perform Data analysis and has hands on experience in GCP -Bigquery, Cloud, SQL, Teradata and Hadoop environment. Please check for the highlighted skillset. Big Query and Data analysis is a must.

Key Responsibilities:
- 8 years of PO experience
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's goals and customer needs
- Prioritize and maintain the product backlog
- Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the development and release of new features and improvements
- Stay updated with healthcare industry standards and compliance requirements
- Understand Enterprise business LOBs client and product onboarding details, being a SME on the data and flow.
- Understand and document complex data relationships and mapping, uses deep business understanding of the LOBs and dependencies.
- Gather business and functional requirements from business and portfolio teams for various features and product implementation, new data integration and solution design implementation.
- Define features in Rally based on the roadmap and perform feature & user story grooming with Dev & QA team.
- Create business and functional requirement documentation and provide walkthrough to development and QA team for implementation.
- Create STTM’s (source to target mapping) document for any data integration from various clinical & other data sources into Intelligent Framework (RV, Conformance, Enriched, Consumption, Curated, Cloud SQL).
- Analyze and interprets datasets and communicate impact of upcoming change requests to stakeholders.
- Understand and communicate business needs and translates them into actionable requirements/user stories, specifications that highlights impacts and changes required.
- Collaborate with Product lead and Engineering team and refine the scope and user-stories for current and upcoming sprints.
- Perform the foundation of data-driven insights and bridge the gap between those insights and actionable product decisions.
- Perform data analysis in GCP BQ, Teradata and Hadoop environment for any data discovery, analysis of existing data, identifying source data issues or anomalies in BQ data integration. Understand and report same to source or development team for data fix.
- Perform source data analysis to understand data granularity, nature of data and gap analysis prior to data integration within EDP BQ.
- Reconcile and perform data validation between source to target based on the business rules.
- Perform logical and physical data model design coordinating with Data modelling team, define table/view layout based on source data.
- Co-ordinate with Solution architect for data integration design and recommendations.
- Co-ordinate with Development and QA team for new development activities implementation.
- Co-ordinate with various source & external team for new feed setup, data integration and reporting source data issues & resolution.
- Responsible to implement the Product onboarding mapping rules in Dev, QA and production.
- Coordinate with project team and configure program and rules in ODM application and validate results with QA
Technical skills : GCP Big Query, SQL, Cloud SQL/Mongo, ETL process/application, MS Visio, Rally.
