Role - PM
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Manager to lead and drive the transition to Covered California Medicaid / Medical within our healthcare organization. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of healthcare systems, project management, and regulatory compliance. This role is pivotal in ensuring a smooth and efficient transition for both our patients and our organization.
Key Responsibilities :
Leadership : Provide strategic leadership and direction for the transition program to Covered California and Medicaid / Medical .
Project Management : Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely and successful transition.
Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare providers, insurance companies, and regulatory bodies.
Change Management : Implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
Compliance : Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and standards related to Covered California.
Risk Management : Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with the transition process.
Training and Support : Develop and deliver training programs to staff to ensure understanding and effective implementation of new processes.
Reporting : Monitor and report on program progress, addressing any issues or challenges promptly.
Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
Qualifications
Experience : Minimum of 15 years of experience in program / project management within the healthcare industry.
Education : Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Knowledge : Strong understanding of healthcare systems, insurance, and regulatory compliance.
Skills : Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Certification : PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus.
