Job Description :
RF HW Engineer that has a strong L1 Physical Layer Expertise that can handle RF Optimization of Outdoor Small Cells in FFA Field Trials.
Work as a key member of the AIOSC Small Cell HW support and feature team
Experience with design and test skills specifically related to outdoor small-cell products.
Expertise with FCC / CE / ICS Regional Regulatory Compliance testing to ensure Small Cell products meet required specifications. Specifically needs knowledge of requirements of N79 for North America and C Band for North America, Europe and Japan customers.
Expertise with L1 Physical Layer Expertise that can handle RF Optimization of Outdoor Small Cells in FFA Field Trials.
Sustaining / current engineering for the hardware (HW) designs (RF, Digital, Power, Thermal, Mechanical) of the Small Cell assets produced by Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs).
Work with Nokia system architecture teams on the HW design for future next generation 5G Small Cell products. Work with ODM Design teams on new indoor and outdoor Small Cell variants of existing platform.
