Job Description :
We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect with expertise in the mental health domain, particularly in crisis management. data exchange systems, and designing scalable, secure, and user-centric solutions that meet the needs of mental health organizations and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
- Solution Design & Architecture :
Develop robust and scalable solution architectures for mental health and crisis management systems.
Integrate iCarol systems with data exchange platforms to streamline workflows.Ensure interoperability and data security across mental health systems.Stakeholder Collaboration :Collaborate with mental health professionals, crisis managers, and IT teams to identify requirements.
Translate business needs into technical solutions.Data Exchange & Interoperability :Design and implement data exchange frameworks to enable seamless communication between systems.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other relevant data privacy regulations.Innovation & Optimization :Stay updated on the latest technologies in the mental health domain.
Propose innovative solutions to improve the efficiency and accessibility of crisis management services.Documentation & Training :Create detailed technical documentation for solution designs and system integrations.
Train stakeholders on system usage and best practices.Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience as a Solution Architect in the mental health or healthcare domain.Strong understanding of data exchange protocols (e.g., HL7, FHIR) and APIs.Familiarity with crisis management workflows and systems.Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.).Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in non-profit or government mental health projects.Certifications in enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).Understanding of machine learning or AI solutions for mental health analytics.
