Technical Project Manager for Data Migration and Governance
This role oversees complex data projects, coordinates across technical and business teams, and ensures successful delivery of strategic initiatives that support growth and acquisition integration.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Infrastructure & Integration: Lead projects to consolidate fragmented data sources from multiple acquired entities.
Coordinate across data engineering, analytics, and business teams to ensure streamlined and timely execution.
Establish and monitor QA processes to ensure data completeness and accuracy across the pipeline.
2. Data Quality & Governance Oversight: Drive implementation of a unified data governance framework and master data strategy.
Manage alignment efforts around data definitions, KPI logic, and reporting standards across business units.
Identify governance gaps and work with data stewards and business leaders to address them effectively.

Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize, refactor, and rationalize reports in alignment with the Unified Data Model.
Support business teams in transitioning to more flexible, modern reporting solutions.
Ensure proper documentation, change management, and training are in place during and after migration.
