What You’ll Do:
- Lead front-of-house operations with confidence and precision.
- Train, develop, and hold team members accountable to maintain top-tier service standards.
- Oversee scheduling, inventory, and financials to optimize efficiency and control costs.
- Maintain a strong presence on the floor, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.

What You Bring:
- 3 years of experience in high-volume restaurant management.
- Proven ability to lead, train, and hold a team accountable.
- Strong knowledge of both FOH and BOH operations.
- Financial acumen, including experience managing labor costs, food costs, and P&L reports.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a hands-on, leadership-driven approach.
