What You’ll Do:
- Manage daily floor operations, ensuring excellent guest service.
- Lead and motivate staff, maintaining high standards of performance.
- Assist with training and operational efficiency.
- Handle any issues that arise during shifts, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
- Ensure all policies and procedures are followed consistently.

What You Bring:
- 2 years of restaurant leadership experience.
- Strong ability to lead and manage a team in a high-energy environment.
- Knowledge of both FOH and BOH operations is a plus.
- Ability to problem-solve and maintain composure under pressure.
- Passion for hospitality and providing outstanding guest experiences.
- Ooodles of Wine knowledge is highly desirable!
