The Regional Director FITT is a position that provides administrative and staff support for a specialized in-home stabilization program. The Regional Director FITT function can be generally described as coordinating the processes and workflows needed for a client’s participation in the program, integrating the program into routine operations, and removing barriers for access to the program. The Regional Director FITT is also tasked with growing the program to include clients who are eligible to receive the services it provides. The Regional Director FITT is critical to the coordination of the activities of a particular program outside of routine therapy or medication management services.

What you bring to this role :
- Bring your passion and expertise
- Must possess a full, independent clinical license to diagnose and render behavioral health services within the jurisdiction in which those services will be provided.
- Minimum of a master’s degree in a behavioral health related field such as counseling, social work, or psychology or medically related training and certifications with 3 years of qualifying experience working with mentally ill or emotionally disabled persons.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Proof of Automobile Insurance and Reliable Transportation
