- Serve as medical director: Attend and participate in monthly quality assurance and process improvement meetings, provide guidance to facility staff, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with NP/PAs: Manage day-to-day resident care, rounding on patients residing in SNFs to provide high-quality, patient-centered primary care services.
- Diagnose and treat patients: Utilize electronic/online medical tools such as EHR systems to diagnose and treat patients with acute illness or chronic diseases.
