**Job Description**
As a Medical Director at Theoria Medical, you'll oversee skilled nursing facilities, participating in administrative and quality initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Attending and participating in monthly quality assurance and process improvement meetings
- Providing guidance to facility staff
- Reviewing and revising facility clinical guidelines
- Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
You'll also collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to manage day-to-day resident care, providing high-quality, patient-centered primary care services by rounding on patients residing in SNFs.
