**Job Description**
As a Primary Care Physician Lead at Theoria Medical, you will oversee the medical direction of skilled nursing facilities, participating in administrative and quality initiatives. Key responsibilities include:
- Attending and contributing to monthly quality assurance and process improvement meetings
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives
- Providing guidance to facility staff
- Reviewing and revising clinical guidelines as needed
- Training facility staff
- Supervising facility clinical staff
You will collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to manage resident care, providing high-quality, patient-centered primary care services through rounds at each facility. Your expertise will be invaluable in diagnosing and treating patients with acute illnesses, chronic diseases, and conditions.
