We are seeking a dedicated physician to join our team as a Medical Director and Attending Physician at our skilled nursing facilities.

Position Overview
As a Medical Director, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care services by rounding on patients residing in SNFs. You will collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to manage day-to-day resident care at each facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat diseases and conditions of the respiratory system and lungs
- Collaborate with NP/PA team to manage resident care
- Document patient information in ChartEasy EHR system
Requirements:
- Board Certification in Internal Medicine and Pulmonary Medicine
- Valid medical license in the state of practice
- Completed medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
