You will provide high-quality, patient-centered primary care services through rounds on patients residing in our SNFs, leveraging your expertise to guide facility staff, review and revise clinical guidelines, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

- Collaborate with NP/PA teams to deliver high-quality resident care
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and programs
- Provide guidance to facility staff on clinical best practices
Requirements
- M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school
- Licensure in good standing in all states where we operate
- Board certification in internal medicine or family medicine
- 2 years of experience in healthcare administration or medical direction
- Strong communication and leadership skills
