What are the responsibilities and job description for the Primary Care Physician Assistant position at Theoria Medical?

Position Type : Part-time

Compensation : Up to $165,000 annually plus a sign-on bonus

Essential Functions & Responsibilities :

Rounding and managing clinical care at assigned skilled nursing facilities

Providing high-quality primary care services to patients in SNFs

Timely documentation of patient care / encounters

Being available for consultations with facility nursing staff

On-site, in-person scheduled shifts with reliable transportation required

Shift Structure :

Rounding time from 7AM-1PM local time, with daily shifts Monday-Friday

Charting / documentation can be completed off-site

This is an in-person position

Compensation and Benefits :

Salary with monthly productivity bonuses, 401k with employer matching, and participation in short and long-term disability insurance

Employer-paid malpractice insurance, medical licensure expenses reimbursed, and opportunities for training provided

All equipment and practice expenses covered, and employer-paid life insurance policy for employees working 30 hours
