What are the responsibilities and job description for the Primary Care Physician Lead position at Theoria Medical?
In addition to your administrative responsibilities, you'll work closely with residents to provide high-quality, patient-centered care. This will involve diagnosing and treating acute illnesses, managing chronic conditions, and documenting patient information in our proprietary electronic health record system. You'll also participate in our chronic care management, transitional care, and RPM programs to improve patient outcomes and enhance overall care delivery.
