Location : In person

Compensation : Up to $165,000 annually

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • Rounding and managing clinical care of the population at assigned SNF
  • Prescribing medications and treatments for residents at SNFs
  • Providing high quality, patient-centered primary care services to SNF patients
  • Timely documentation of patient care / encounters

    Shift Structure

  • Rounding time is 7AM-1PM local time
  • Shifts are daily Monday-Friday
  • Charting / documentation can be completed off-site
  • This is an in-person position
