Responsibilities
- Oversee the clinical operations of our skilled nursing facilities.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives and programs.
- Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to manage day-to-day resident care.
- Serve as attending physician for the residents residing at each facility.
Requirements
- Board certification in a relevant medical specialty.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a medical director role or similar position.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
