Job Overview :
Actively functions as the team lead for all laboratory work priorities and activities, equipment and instruments calibrations and maintenance, technical reporting and documentation, and interfacing with departmental management, customers, engineers, and other teams.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Technical documentation of customer user guides / files / instructions
- Debug CAN network issues
- Troubleshooting – desktop / test cell / vehicle
- Supporting walk in customers with any electronics troubleshoot issues
- Support hardware sourcing for project work
