RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Service Transformation: Lead initiatives to transform and optimize service processes within the manufacturing environment, ensuring alignment with GMP standards.
- Service Management: Oversee the management of service processes, including maintenance, calibration, and validation of equipment, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Idle Planning: Develop and implement strategies for managing idle equipment and processes, preventing contamination and degradation, and ensuring readiness for future use.
- GMP Compliance: Ensure all manufacturing activities adhere to GMP regulations, conducting regular audits and inspections to maintain compliance.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to drive service transformation projects and ensure seamless integration with existing processes.
- Training and Development: Provide training to staff on GMP compliance, service management best practices, and idle planning strategies.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Life Sciences, Quality Management).
- Proven experience in GMP compliance within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong background in service transformation, service management, and idle planning.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
