JOB DESCRIPTION : Theoris is looking to hire a Project Analyst to work under the direction of the Director of Enterprise Program Management in a highly collaborative position. This role will coordinate tasks and provide project support to one or more project teams, including leading small projects or program work streams in strategic / transformation projects. This role will also coordinate PMO activities related to the implementation of the enterprise PMO maturity roadmap.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Hands on project coordination, including planning and analysis, directing, and monitoring activities of project teams involved in initial analysis, design, development, and successful delivery and implementation of projects and programs.
- Prepare and maintain project plans, track project progress, and prepare status reports and other communications for clients or project stakeholders.
- Review project requirements, identify interdependencies with internal or external departments or service providers, delegate responsibilities, and ensure that work is completed as needed.
- Monitors PMO project and portfolio health and status for reporting and analysis, and coordinates measurement and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Schedule cross-functional meetings to facilitate collaboration.
- Maintain project-related documentation as needed, including contracts, invoices, or payment records.
- Coordinates analysis of project financials, including budget, actuals, forecast and variance. Collaborates on refining program estimates and budgets from initiation to closing.
- Helps to coordinate project activities with 3rd party vendors.
- Assist with stakeholder and change management plans to ensure successful integration and adoption of transformational projects and programs.
- Helps to coordinate interim and post-project reviews to assess needs, provide recommendations, and implement improvements for future projects and programs.
