Theoris is seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our engineering group, you will be responsible for facilitating the design, analysis, and manufacture of complex industrial machinery and pressure vessels.
In this role, you will work closely with manufacturing, quality, and operations teams to advance clients' product lines through engineering analysis, modeling, simulation, and technical documentation. You will also mentor junior engineers and provide oversight to their work, fostering growth within the engineering team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering foundation and a proven ability to identify and resolve complex technical challenges through detailed analysis. A thorough understanding of ASME BPVC Section VIII Division 1, including welding, material selection, and fabrication practices, is essential. Additionally, proficiency with ASME B31.3 Process Piping, design and analysis of piping layouts, and experience with ANSYS or other FEA programs are highly desirable.
