The Wholesale Sales Representative is responsible for successfully managing all aspects of the direct sales of Theory Wellness products to our partner accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting frequent sales calls and maintaining active sales relationships with all assigned accounts
- Prospecting sales territory for new sales opportunities
- Keep accurate updated records
- Achieve and surpass assigned sales quotas
- Plan and conduct staff trainings for partner accounts
- Participate in new product launches and sales activation events
- Monitor competitive products and pricing in the market
- Research national cannabis industry trends
- Provide marketing support for Theory products in all sales accounts
- Review orders for accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Learn all aspects of Theory’s products and become a master of product knowledge
- Develop working knowledge of all CCC regulations

Requirements:
- Two years of related sales experience, cannabis industry a plus
- Bachelor's degree
- Demonstrated success in a CPG sales role
- Able to adapt to changes
- Reliable Transportation
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks
- High energy, enthusiasm and the willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done
- Available to work occasionally on Weekends
- At least 21 years of age
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check - No drug-related felony convictions
- Valid Driver’s License
