Distribution Coordinator

Summary:

Modern Infusions (aka Theory Wellness) produces and distributes industry leading hemp-infused beverages throughout the United States. We are seeking an enthusiastic Distribution Coordinator to support the day-to-day administrative activities for warehouse operations of our order and distribution processes. This role will be based out of our Bridgewater location.

Responsibilities will include:

• Manage end-to-end order, production, and shipping schedules to meet operational service level targets for on-time and cost-effective shipments
• Coordinate raw material deliveries to production facilities in partnership with the Procurement team
• Serve as the liaison between Sales and Production, representing Operations in monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings and communicating action plans with procurement, transport providers, and warehousing to facilitate production orders.
• Track orders in the Order Management Software (OMS) to provide visibility into each milestone of the customer journey, from order placement to invoice payment
• Build partnerships with stakeholders (production facilities, transport providers, warehousing, and customers) to ensure accountability for on-time performance
• Monitor finished goods inventory levels and resolve discrepancies between integrated systems, including OMS and warehousing tools
• Execute finished goods shipments to customers and our third-party logistics (3PL) provider, ensuring transparent communication with stakeholders
• Develop exception resolution processes to promptly address issues throughout the hemp supply chain

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Detail-oriented, ability to quickly switch between tasks and context
• Ability to work under pressure with limited supervision
• High-energy, enthusiasm, and a can-do attitude
• At least 21 years of age. Ability to maintain a valid driver’s license.
• No drug-related felony; ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
