Inventory Specialist (Part-Time)

We are seeking enthusiastic PT Inventory Specialist candidates to support the day-to-day retail operations at our Chicopee, MA dispensary:

Responsibilities will include:

• Functioning as the inventory specialist, working towards consistent reporting and determining discrepancies
• Support all vault to floor stock movement, completing timely execution of product to support sales
• Help handle all deliveries and processing of transfers
• Help support all inventory related tasks, compliance, and partner with back of house on transfers and identifying concerns
• Manage all Metrc tasks and related processes in store related to compliance
• Follow procedures and standards for all inventory-related systems
• Drive Key Performance Indicator (KPI) adherence relative to inventory maintenance and accuracy
• Responsible for executing all daily tasks at the dispensary, to include existing procedures, policies and standards
• Ensuring compliance with all Cannabis Control Commission regulations
• This position requires accurate daily record-keeping, you will be tasked with identifying discrepancies on a daily basis and resolving them quickly.
• Other duties relating to TWI’s dispensary operations on an as needed basis.
• Support your team with world-class internal customer service.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 6 months in an inventory-related capacity, or at least 6 months with a cannabis company
• Ability to work a rotating schedule, including weekends, 3 days per week 8 hour shifts
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
• You work best in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to solve unexpected problems quickly and under pressure
• Strong, systems, software and computer skills
• High-energy, enthusiasm and the willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done
• You have a passion for cannabis
• At least 21 years of age
• No drug related felony; ability to pass a comprehensive background check

Pay: From $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 29 per week
