Summary:

Theory Wellness operates state of the art cannabis cultivation and dispensing facilities in multiple states. We are seeking enthusiastic retail leader candidates to support the day-to-day retail operations in our recreational dispensaries.

Responsibilities will include:

• Functioning as the Cannabis Consultant, Keyholder, you will help drive consistent support and direction of the team
• Drive effective and powerful guest service, and team service
• Lead and support all store tasks, to include direction and support to the retail team
• Manage, coach, guide and develop your team to achieve higher standards of execution
• Help lead all facets of compliance and regulations complying with the Office of Marijuana Policy
• Handle operating all system, and procedural execution in store
• Drive Key Performance Indicator (KPI) adherence around all results
• Responsible for all daily tasks at the dispensary, to include existing procedures, policies, opening and closing
• This position requires accurate daily record-keeping, you will be tasked with identifying discrepancies on a daily basis and resolving them quickly
• Other duties relating to Theory Wellness’ dispensary operations on an as needed basis
• You must be able to lift at least 40lbs

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of supervisory or advanced retail leadership role
• You work best in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to solve unexpected problems quickly and under pressure
• Strong, systems, software and computer skills
• High-energy, enthusiasm and the willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done
• You have a passion for cannabis
• At least 21 years of age
• No drug related felony; ability to pass a comprehensive background check
