Summary:

Theory Wellness operates state of the art cannabis cultivation and dispensing facilities in multiple states. As a member of our retail team, you will support the day-to-day retail operations in our recreational dispensaries.

Keyholder Responsibilities:

• Deliver world-class service to our valued guests.
• Be resilient, courageous, and optimistic.
• Find solutions, follow through and succeed.
• Functioning as the Cannabis Consultant/Keyholder, you will help support retail activities of the dispensary.
• In addition to duties as a Cannabis Consultant/Keyholder, work in all other areas of the dispensary including Reception, Inventory, Packaging, etc.
• Drive effective and powerful guest and team service.
• Help to guide and develop fellow team members to achieve higher standards of execution.
• Maintain compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures and operating systems.
• Help drive Key Performance Indicator adherence around all results.
• Assist with daily opening and closing tasks of the dispensary.
• Identify discrepancies on a daily basis and resolve them quickly.
• Support all vault to floor stock movement, completing timely execution of product to support sales.
• Help handle all deliveries and processing of transfers in inventory
• Help support all inventory related tasks, compliance and partner with the back of house on transfers and identifying concerns.
• Ensure compliance with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy.
• Drive exemplary peer support and relationships within Theory to support company initiatives.
• Execute side duties and tasks including cleaning, sanitation, organization and cash handling.
• Open and close the store.
• Support other Theory dispensary locations on an as needed basis.
• Other duties assigned.

Safety & Security Responsibilities:

• Check and validate IDs for compliance, ensure every guest meets legal requirements to enter the building and buy cannabis related products.
• Do hourly walks and checks in and around the building for safety and security related issues.
• Monitor security and surveillance system
• Report all incidents in a timely manner to management as required by policy.
• All other duties related to dispensary operations on an as needed basis and as assigned
• When scheduled as security that is the only position that will be worked for the entire shift.

Requirements:

• You have a passion for cannabis
• At least 1 year experience on a POS system with cash handling experience
• Must be able to work variable hours including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
• You are optimistic and have a can-do approach
• Must be able to lift up to 25lbs
• You work best in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to solve unexpected problems quickly and under pressure
• Strong systems, software and computer skills
• High-energy, enthusiasm and the willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• No drug related felony; ability to pass a comprehensive background check
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License
