Summary:
Theory Wellness is seeking a Lead Processing Associate. A Processing Associate is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of all the duties listed below:
Responsibilities:
- Process cannabis & lead department initiatives throughout the day
- Back-up Processing manager with Data entry as needed
- Ensuring team productivity and promptly reporting any issues to leadership
- Conducting quality control to prevent under-or-over processed product from leaving the trim room
- Providing daily updates to the management team
- Effectively allocating team labor during dry room takedown and harvest preparation
- Ability to start up and close out a processing shift with minimal supervision
- Harvest Flower Room
- Harvest Dry Room
- Dry Room Flip & Cleaning
- Trimming flower and reporting flower production
- Grind Operations
- Sealing Flower & Trim
- Department production logs (Trim & Hydration)
- Proper Chemical safety & use
- Maintain processing areas in compliance at all times
- All other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of Leaf Logics & Metric
- Ability to become respirator certified
- Working Knowledge of department production KPIs, metrics, and production forms
- Working knowledge and maintaining compliance of the Office of Cannabis Policy’s regulations
- Working Knowledge of Company Policies
- Ability to train staff
- Focus on safety, quality, efficiency, and cost
- Working knowledge of all processing activities
